At the moment, I am working as a QA at Arbisoft.
I am currently serving as a QA Lead for one of Arbisoft's largest clients, a renowned global consultancy firm in the world. My career started as a Course Author, and moved up the ladder by becoming a QA, and eventually assuming the role of a team lead.
I have gained experience by handling various client projects from the initial stage till completion. Having in-depth knowledge of different course authoring platforms - I've been responsible for delivering regression testing estimates as needed and actively contributed to test planning initiatives. My in-depth familiarity with course QA policies and procedures has allowed me to enhance and adapt them over time to meet evolving requirements.
I have knowledge of tools used in the company and a high level ability to explore, learn, and acquire knowledge of emerging tools in the industry and can become a trainer of the said tools.
I am proficient in the use of project management tools like Wrike, Trello, and Jira, enabling efficient and organized project coordination and execution.
