It was first session organized by Lahore Chapter of Pakistan Agile Development Society to give an idea that how Agile works and if how Agile Hybrid models are good for Pakistani IT industry. It was included 2 talks by Ms Naureen Shiekh Project Manager at Zameen.com and Mr. Nauman Nadeem Program Manager at PITB shared their experience of implementation of Agile Hybrid models in multinational companies and government departments.
