I’m a PMP-certified Project Manager at Paysys Labs, leading cross-functional teams to deliver fintech projects with partners like the National Bank of Pakistan and EthSwitch in Ethiopia. Over the past 5+ years, I’ve managed complex, multi-stakeholder programs across web and mobile; blending Agile and hybrid delivery, with hands-on experience in payments (RAAST), integrations, and regulatory compliance. Furthermore, I led digital banking projects for Consolidated Bank of Ghana, Libyan Foreign Bank, Byblos Bank, and the Central Bank of Kenya that included on-site work in Nairobi on Temenos digital platforms. I began my career as a developer, which gives me a practical systems view from both the technical and business side. My approach is collaborative and outcomes-driven: align stakeholders early, communicate clearly, and keep execution honest and disciplined. I’m known for strong written and verbal communication, adaptability, and a habit of leading once I’ve familiarized myself with the system. I’ve earned a Gold Medal from the University of Karachi for co-curricular impact (including multiple debate wins). Beyond work, I’m active in the community, an engaged member of the PMI Karachi Chapter, and currently serving as General Secretary of Agile Pakistan (National Chapter), where I help organize workshops and events. I’m focused on shaping the future of fintech and banking, either as a change-maker or the facilitator who makes change possible.
