Three main capabilities about myself:
- Able to take technical ideas and repackage them, so non-technical people can relate.
- Able to blend PMP, Scrum Master and Agile Management at appropriate levels and areas to get the most out of teams.
- Capable of learning any IT or database System within a week, improving it within a month and usually teaching the system as an expert with 6 months if not sooner.
My Business Objective:
To use my diverse experiences gained in the project (PMP, Agile & Scrum) and program management, information technology, engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance and supply chain communities to assist customers and stakeholders with their needs by producing Quality Agile Products and a Return of Profit, all while continually transforming operations from a Reactive to a Strategic and Proactive Management Philosophy.
