Madiha is a Solution-focused Project Manager with 7+ years of experience in leading large-scale technology projects from design to implementation. She has facilitated and taught over 500+ people in multiple institutions on project management methodology and processes.
Currently, she is working in a USA firm's Pakistan office named SS&C, where she is responsible for strategic and tactical initiatives within SS&C's envelope-pushing Agile environment. She is also training her team members as well as the rest of the company staff in employing agile and scrum practices to improve workflow while managing million dollars products.
With a strong technical and project management background, she is leading large-scale IT projects since the beginning. She has delivered national projects including Prime Minister's National Laptop Scheme, Prime Minister's Fee Reimbursement Scheme successfully, and worked with organizations like Higher Education Commission, Pakistan, National Institute of Banking and Finance, Pakistan Software Export Board, and others.
While working with MoITT, she had played a key role in the strategic development of the startup ecosystem, IT/ITeS sector, innovation management, stakeholder coordination, and associated (commercial/technical/legislative) initiatives leading toward Digital Empowerment and Digital Transformation in Pakistan.
Her years in the IT industry have been an outstanding mix of expertise and mastery in Project Management, Creativity, Design, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Leadership, Performance Management, and technical implementation of projects.
Using her skills and experiences, she leads and teaches young Creatives, final year students of Universities, young female entrepreneurs, and A-level students on how to become better and more successful in their niches and also providing them career counseling.
