Wajih Aslam, with more than 12 years of experience in software development, is an expert in modern day agile techniques and quite experienced in implementing them at workplace to increase team performance and quality of product. Apart from having experience & certification in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Nexus frameworks, he also has hands-on experience in agile and automation tools. Wajih has an exceptional working experience with multi culture teams sitting in different geographies. He is the Co-founder of Lean and Agile Middle East community (Dubai Chapter) and also a board member of Lean and Agile Middle East community.
