Currently working as Scrum Master at CorrTec Private Limited. More than 12 years of experience in software industry. Masters in data warehousing and data mining from University of Greenwich, UK. Professional certifications in Project Management PMP (PMI), Professional Scrum Master (Scrum.org), Developing Software Using Design Thinking (SAP), Basics of Design Research (SAP). Recently implemented agile methodology replacing waterfall structure which was in place for more than 15 years. I was able to transform and implement agile processes by removing all the impediments that were faced during transition. I have trained, demonstrated and implemented scrum roles, events and artifacts and realized the values of empiricism. Also provide training of Design thinking at organization level. Involved in providing data transformation services to different banks likes of Rabo International, Bank of Nova Scotia and RBS New York.
